Hey guys.

What's the lightest titanium pivot balls for the MTX4? Kawahara, KFactory or 3Racing?

Thanks.

I have never weighed them, but I would get the Mugen made parts. While it is possible that they are all made in the same place, I can say that in racing MTX3/4 for about 18 months now I have only had to replace one Mugen titanium king pin ball (pivot ball). I bent one once.

Mugen part number H0187 (2 titanium pivot balls)
Mugen part number H0187/1 (8 titanium pivot balls)

Default Blitz Alpha 2.0 Body

Has anyone tried the Blitz Alpha 2.0 body? I'm thinking of order a couple but wonder if they are any good. The 1/8th bodies by blitz are great but I've never tried the 1/10th.

i just got a kawaharra chassis. it is 3mm, and it doesn't look like it is machined

can someone confirm weather the kawaharra pro chassis is machined or not?? the standard mugen chassis bends very easily. i was after a 4mm machined chassis with the countersunk baulkheads so it has the original roll centre. does anyone make a chassis like this (something like the mtx3 prospec chassis)

ALSO;

i just purchased VXR car battery and 5 amp regulator. i used it with the following setup without issues:

-futaba s9550 steering servo
-sanwa VX throttle servo (high toRque! 13kg!)
-personal transponder
-y lead
-spectrum capacitor
-spectrum reciever

i connected the capacitor and 5 amp reulator to the Y lead. this is on a mtx4.

there is enough room in the car to fit the battery, Y lead capacitor and 5 amp under the tank. i will be doing a modification soon to fit the regulator on the exhaust side of the car so i can lower the tank.
