also... what tyres work good on the mtx-4 and what starter box will work (duratrax universal?). and what batery pack would you put in the car, that is good but not too expensive...the batery pack can wait, right, cause i can just use the duracil till i get one...i think

and what size body too?

Tires depends on the track. Until the 1mm offset becomes available get the Mugen/Fast foam tires. Almost any starter box will work as most can change between on and offroad. The starter box wheel has to be able to run parallel to the direction of the box.

Battery? I will assume you have a battery charger. Yo ucan't just use your AA regular batteries in the holder than came with the radio. You NEED to get a 5 cel 2/3rd AA flat receiver pack. This month promatch racing ( www.promatchracing.com ) has 1100 mah rechargeable flat packs (part number 1021) on sale for only $9.99 plus shipping. You can get it delivered to your door for under $14. If you don't have a normal charger, you can get a wall/trickle charger pretty cheap. Your radio may have come with one that will work.

Body size is 200mm. I don't know about your racing rules where you are. Either way, it takes 200mm bodies.

The plug is determined by what kind of receiver and/or on off switch you have.

Mugen shock springs will work just fine.
