If you put a one-way in the front and a solid in the rear it will never leak again!
Only joking! the screws that hold the diff together are 2.6 x 8mm,
replace these with 3 x 8mm, you can give these a little extra torque which will seal it. I know this works for the rear but not the front as it will distort the front pulley.

Major bummer man! did you just strip the screw or have you stripped the internal block thread? if its just the screw, just clean out the thread and replace it, if its the block I'm not sure. Let us know how you get on.

Can you get your hands on a hudy hex driver? that will probably get it out! Other wise try a "torx" type driver Theyve got either 8 or 12 splines on them, Ive used them before with good results, If all else fails Local hobby shop!

Wow, now I have to buy some new screws! That settles the rear but what about the front? Changing to a one-way will solve this

Do I really need to get the one-way?
