Default V1S Setup

Hi guys, newbie here, just bought a second hand V1S and would like to know if someone can suggest a good setup? E.g. Front & rear diff oils, shock oil and tyre selection? For the MRCCR track specifically in Lilydale would be great!

Thanks.

HI, i think part number is in your manual, or in your Local Hobby Shop im sure they have manual, or in the 2004 Kyosho product Magazine..or here www.kyosho.co.jp they have some info here..

I'll check in my manual later and send you tomorrow.

Unhappy TR-R engine

Hi guys, it me again. So happy to bought the 2nd hand O.S TR-R engine at first, but later as i'm 1st timer to buy an engine i find out the engine that i get cannot use for V1S as it is the long shaft ver of TR-R. Nothing to do with the seller as he is not using V1S. But now want to know how much will it cost to change the shaft to a short ver. A very important lesson learn. So for the new guys or gal if really not sure is the new engine can be use for your RC, just bring along your old engine to compare. Hehe!!!

Happy racing..!!

you will need to buy a whole crank shaft. i think this will set you back 50 USD or more.

you may want to try and re-sell it to someone who can use it rather than you fixing it to suit your car.

hope that helps
