Chippy, not sure at this stage, if im not racing I might come down and pit for for the Newcastle boys. Hows the C4 going?
Hey whats this I read you've gone Mugen on us ????????

The gs15r is about .56 hp. Novarossi or OS engines are hard to beat for reliability and performance, both have pullstart and bumpstart models available in around 1hp. The OS probably have a better reputation for being easier to tune, however I couldnt say that one is significantly better or worse than the other from my own experience.

C4 is nearley ready for an electric assault next year
As for the Mugen I didn't no what to get for
chrissy so I got one for the right price so I grabed it
Come on and have a go
I just finished building a 2nd RR for my son...
So might see yah tomorrow

the one way spins in the housing right
do i need to oil between the one way and the housing

ok i think ive found the problem

i let my older bro do the porting he said he only ported the inside of the manifold but he made the opening from top to bottom 7mm
and the engine exhaust port is 6mm

could that be why its stalling?
ive also found that it runs really hot now
even when i got it rich it over heats.

ok heres wat ive done to fix it
ive put the maifold back onto the engine with the existing gasket i put it on real tight then i put liquid sealant around it

this stuff is on my exhaust so it should be able to withstand the high temps

if ya get stuck let me know, ive got an old standard ex-header you can have for nix.
In the mean time dont be afraid to see how rich youve got to go to get it to run, when i put my venom pipe on the difference in tuning was heaps, also try a hotter plug, OS8 or A3.

What are you waiting on?
do you allready have radio gear? if so what?
Pick up some silicone diff fluid (you will need this for the build) start with 1000front and 3000rear.And some thread lock.
If you run into any probs let us all know.
