you know i dont really think fw-05's are faster than Vone's i've raced with a FW-05 at my track and me and him are pretty much same speed. and same skillz as well i reakon. sometimes i cant seem to past him and sometimes he cant seem to past me... so dont go upgrading from a vones to a fw-05s or dont go buying a fw-05s over a vones as it cost more... which does no good unless you want it so you dont have to look after drive belts...

Default Wheel Alignment

Hi All,
Just got a PMB setup kit and was wondering if anyone has a basic starting point. I am basicaly wanting a setup that handles ok, but most of all I am looking at getting good economy from tyres (foam G). I dont race, well just against my mate on the local netball courts, we have a heap of cones we setup into a track and race each other. The track we set up most of the time is a kidney shape with the longest part you can hold it flat for is about 40m. sweeping corner coming onto the straight.

Thanks in Advance

Daz

Shaun, as you know i started driving on rubber tyres at the start of the year..... The V1S is one of the best cars i've ever driven. I am probably going to get into the FW05-S simply because i need to buy one of the two. If you already have an S in good knick then don't change it over. Like Lu said, there's nothing you can buy that's going to make you faster in stock class so keep practicing!!!!

It depends on the club...

Some local clubs run there own rules, at mine i can run a near on decked out car, as long as its still pullstart and race it... i can swap to a bigger and better engine as well...

If you think that you need to modify the GS15R to get more power from it, then I'll bet you still haven't got the best out of it yet...

Got a tuned pipe on it?

Has anyone used the cooling fan yet? how well does it work? what is the best way to induce cool air into your car? Someone said that most of the air comes from the wells and underneath, and by cutting a hole in the windscreen will weaken the body and cause air drag, is this true?
