Where abouts is the fuel coming from? Front engine bearing is a problem sometimes.

Does SCH sell GPM, because i really want to get some of those delrin 2 speed gears.
Do you still have to do the 2 speed mod with them ?

last i saw stu had some GPM parts there, i guess he could order them in if you need them, or, i could supply them to you.

With the derlin gears, i stripped a couple (but that was uiser error ) and you dont have to do the mod (but you could if you wanted to make it stronger). i noticed that it still wears through the metal housing like it does with the plastic gears.

its a lose, lose situation unless you put a colt 2 speed on it or convert a v-one r gearbox to suit but then you have to make up new shafts etc (ive seen it done, looks good but takes too long to make).

Has the Colt 2 speed got thicker gears ?

If its coming from the front bearing you will probly notice fuel in a line directly out from behine the flywheel, so anything like the air-filter and near the brake at the back. you could probably check by putting something like a piece of paper or hold ur hand under the chassis where the hole is for the flywheel. Leave the car running for a while and check it out its how I found where mine was leaking

That must be it bcause thats where the fuel is after running the car. How much does it cost to replace? Does tower hobbies have it?

You definatly need to replace them if they are leaking. Otherwise your engine will run strangely.

I got my bearing from MBA www.minibearings.com.au they are 689Z (17mm x 9mm x 5mm) any decent bearing shop should keep them but they were a lot cheaper online
