I use foams on My S as well as rubbers, i use the same setup for both, 2deg toe in at rear, 1deg out at front and 1deg camber all round, stable as anything and that was with 42shore foams front and 42shore 30mm's on the rear.

As for the order im not sure if there really is any set order, ride height is done with the shocks, then I guess u could do camber and toe-in first or last it shouldnt really matter

Cheers, Phil

Thanks for the help, but there is no way the car still behaves the way it used to. I was struggling to get rid of under steer on entry to the corners with the rubber tyres and now I have so much over steer the car is very unstable. I think I will just start playing with each setting, one at a time and see where that gets me.

Thanks Dishy

I have no idea I just walked into local hobbie shop and ask for something that will grip better, based on that I assume they are a very soft foam.

dishy:
like i said,go softer on the rear springs,it will improve ur rear traction.or u can go harder on the front.
harder front-if the front really has too much traction
softer rear-if the front is ok,but the rear is sliding.
may not sound different, but u should try it 1by1.
alternatively, tell the hobby shop ur problems, they'll get u another set/2 of foams.

So is it the gold or silver kyosho springs that are softer then the black that come with the kit? and any idea of price would be appreciated to, because there is no relation between what I have seen on the net and what I pay at the LHS.

Silver - Soft
Black - Medium
Gold - Hard

Hobby Shops here.... I recommend The Hobbyman (in Dandenong) if it's not too far to go . They're a Kyosho dealer, got a big stock and the guys there (race at my track) know what they're on about! Ask them for advice and they won't try and sell you something if you don't need it.

I only really go to Metro Hobbies for my fuel (don't think they carry Kyosho), and other than that I get all my other stuff from Radio Model Suppiles or Hong Kong .
