Finally got the parts I needed to get the S running again

Thanks to Squizzy for the tank! and thanks to SP Racer for the expert tuning advice

Its so much more fun when the car isnt covered in fuel after a run too, its never run so good!

Got to have some fun in the back yard with the stock tyres

Ive noticed that the take offs dont work to well on a un prepared surface, im thinking it might be because of the insert being so firm

I used to have an oooold EX1 before i got the R1, I dont use any of the fancy features of the R1 anymore.

Get something that has trims, dual rate, end point adjustment for both channels, sub trim and thats really all I use.

Save yourself some bucks, dont buy a radio that cost more than your car

Hey DC,
I wanted an R1 before I saw the price ! I realised it'd be a waste of money for me.

I'm thinking I might get an XS3, that takes my fancy at the moment !

You may have seen my cousin at the track on Sunday.... he was thinking he'll get an R1 when he gets his V-One S, but he has never used a radio before! I told him it'd be a waste of money, not that he even has enough.

Aaah well.... I was like that once (not too long ago ) !

Time to get me some Trinity Platinum 30% off Adrian and some new tyres .

The XR3 and XS3 are the same, except for the obvious difference that the XS3 is Synthesised.

I bought a Mars R, couldnt resist the price - Radio Models in Perth had them for $395, so there you go.

Get it for $395.00, but you have to put a deposit on them as the forst batch of 20 or so were sold out in a matter of hours.
