has anyone noticed the 2 speed in the S shifts very quickly and silently?

Quickly yes, silentlythough?.....I think its quite noticeable

its not that much of a noticeable chance but u can see it and sort of feel it

Maybe its set a bit too early, when mine kicks in the car just kicks in to life like nothing else, hard to explain but people usually take notice when it kicks in at Mingara on the back straight.

any two speed that has the single cam style setup will be very noticeabull

and only ever 1/16 of a turn at a time cos sometimes they dont back back out and you have to pull them apart to start over again!

yeah i found that out the hard way with my thunder tiger but it wasent when i was screwing it in it was when i was screwing it out and the grub screw got lodged in the cam housing

it was a kent to get out night b 4 race day started shiiting my self if i would eva get it out again


but now with the ntc3 i dont have to worrie about that it has a 2 shoe clutch to grab 2nd

With the Kyosho the tension spring gets bound up in the the thread for the grub screw so when you back out the grub screw the spring stays put! The rr has the 2 shoe clutch and it is heaps smoother and basically last indefinately!
