Can you please explain the modification on your website for the 2 speed 2nd gear

i dont know where to make the hole for the steel pin... or do i put it in the old whole?

the hole goes directly in front of where the shift cam would normally engage the plastic gear, not in the original hole.
if your gear has been used, then yes, you can take out the original pin, replace it with a hardened pin and cut off the little bit of plastic where the cam was engaging.
you basically want the cam to hit the pin, not the plastic of the gear.

i was comparing it to the pipes on the market

2 part epoxy isnt the best thing to use after a while the fule and heat seem to retard it and its not real strong to start with, the best thing to use for holding the stinger on its quick steel

another way to stop the stingr breaking off is to cut a littel over half of it off and then get the right sized silicone tubing and make it the same length as the origonal on and stik it on with some good ca glue and u dont burn your fingue when u trun it off this way eaither
