im assuming u mean after run oil

ive heard wd40 works, so does tranny oil

u dont put fuel in coz your trying to get a mixture that breaks down the fuel left so it doesnt corode the internals of your engine... that would be defeating the purpose of after run oil

about the WD_40 thing.
i meant, some people run the engine until there is abosultely no fuel in the engine(ie, no fuel in tank left, but still some in the carbie). Others spray wd-40 down the carb, and run it with the leftover fuel. (gets a really bad smell)

You should run all the fuel out of the engine and then put something like Automatic Transmission Fluid or After-Run oil in it. Put a few drops down the carb, turn the engine over a few times, then put a few drops down the glowplug hole and turn the engine over until you think the internals have been coated enough.

dont use wd it will only end up letting your engine get coroded

i wouldnt trust tranny oil either some have differnt effects when tryign to be burnt and can leave depsoits in the engine

just use afterrun is what i am trying to say

just started with 15% nitro. AMAZing difference from 5%. the car sounds so much nicer and FLIES!

What do you guys have as you set up because i was playing with the camber(i mean the angle of the rear wheels to the car) and making the car oversteer and understeer. i could not get it riight though.

anyone lives in sydney on the north shore near gordon om me and we can meet up and have a play around at the train station carpark! it is cool up there.

i also put the car into a wall pretty hard. that goodness for the FAT bumper at the front.

Ok for a standard type set-up that isnt going to destroy tyres try

FRONT
toe-in/out= 0deg
Camber 1.5deg/ \
Caster all spacers to front or 1 small to rear
50wt shock oil for loose track/60wt for good grip

REAR
2 deg toe in
1.5 deg / \
40-45wt shock oil

Thats a start anyway

That's what we mean... turn the engine over = either put it on your starter box for a few seconds or pull the starter cord a few times.

i didnt think wd40 would work that great... ive used sewing machine oil... and i was told that tranny fluid leaves carbon deposits

BTW i got my engine bearings... i got two

6 bucks each from my uncle
