I'm from Singapore too, we probably have the highest concentration of LHS :P Coz every shop here is within reach hehe

We have over a dozen hobby shops all over the island and every known brand has some form of support. Kyosho, Serpent, Tamiya and Mugen are probably the best supported.

Trixie, you can kill two birds with one stone if you do what I did.

Don't get me wrong, its no substitute for a proper V-One RR but its nice to have the mod if you can't afford a new car at the moment.

actually i think that if you mod the s version into a rr it would cost more to buy the rr it self i believe that squizz can back me up on this for he has modded his s to a rr.

ya its really nice, im not sure what makes it better in corners than v-one-s cud it be the things are in the center of gravityi dunno, i y the v-one-rr is better than the v-one-r its all wierd squizzy wud know, of course there is a reason, thats why the r's and rr's are more expensive. have seen v-one-s's beat r's it all depends on the driver n e wayz im happy im getting an a R it'll make everything so much easier i dun need all these new parts an stuffi just hope my S will sell, i dun c why it wont it ony has like 1 gallon thru engine, and it has 2 speed, xpattern tires, i forget the names of rims, fuel tubbing, fuel filter and stuff like that. The ony thing i dun like about v-one-r is that it looks like a goth its all black, an im not sure if it requires a hump pack like the RR

With the RR you get a better 'centax' style clutch and the floating rear body mount. Hmmm.... anything else ?

I would go with the rr you get centax one way, front and rear swaybars the centax is pretty much only thing ur paying more for on the rr versus the r and you get additions, as for tagi's quesiton yes the rr needs a hump pack like the r.

With the RR you will also get the Lola body or Dodge Stratus

Choice of foam or rubber tyres! yay hehehe

Damn a V1RR looks awesome!

I will kinda try to make my V1S look like a V1RR
Slightly anyway heheh. Can't be bothered with a starter box to use it with the V1R/RR

Default v-one-s/v-one-rr

There are some differences, they include;
As standard on the RR
Centax clutch (huge difference)
Clutch type 2 speed
30mm rear tyre set-up
Floating mount
Std sway bars
Aluminium shocks
overdriven front end.

Assuming you fitted the same powerplant into both vehicles the centax clutch would transfer the power more effectively than the Std clutch providing far better acceleration.

My v-one-s is as near to V-one-rr specs as you can get and owes me more than $1300 to date and has no Centax clutch and no cltch type 2-speed!

If ya want an S buy an S if ya want an RR, buy an rr!
