Ok guys the track is now grooved so no advantage to anyone.
I see DS on the 1/16 B with Jonny Pastor and B. Concialdi.Good luck DS!Michael Salven 76th?Even Juraj is better placed.

That's when they start using difefrent additives, that make the tires slide a bit and keep them from traction rolling.

Of course, you are right.

It's just a coincidence that a few almost unknown Italians are way up there.

They have been testing additives for month and they know exactly what works on which track condition and time of the day.

I can tell you that some topdrivers from Belgium and Holland do not enjoy tire treatment, they see it as a must which does take a lot of time but parently they all can not agree not to do it because there will always be one.....
But yes, the cheaters do not have a huge advantage but still they do as we know the Italials are at least one year ahead.

Maybe next time an EC somewhere in Finland? (far away from Italy)

you are right, there usually is a home advantage, but:

-Cassino is a well known track in Europe and all top drivers have raced there in the past

-you's expect native top drivers to be right on top, but here there are many names on top that a lot of people outside Italy have never heard of.

-when people like Pietsch, Grosskamp, Völker, Salven, Green, Balestri, Tironi, Danklel etc. come to your home track, your home advantage is usually gone very quickly

It'll be very interesting how the locals will do when the finals come around...

Nope, it's illegal here and if it becomes legal we'll probably go buggy racing.

NOBODY has been able to explain to me why this is needed.
It's only an advantage for those who try to cheat with it.

When it becomes legal, the advantage is gone, because everybody uses it.

What remains for everybody though, is the added cost and work, that's all.

FORZA ITALIA!!

Default Qualifying

Are the qual standings posted anywhere? Sounds like there was only one round where the track was super fast and if you didn't get a good run in that round you were not going to fair well? RCRACing.tv said Piestch got a stop in go penalty during that run and that is why he is in the Qtr finals?
