Gives you more turn in, at the cost of some straight line stability. But that is a real world definition. Since EVERYTHING is different in that class, that may be an educated guess...

Ted made mention at the end of the last run that my setup was all wrong, so I went in search of Mugen and Serpent cheat sheets...a little homework. While I get most of it, several of the sheets I looked at talked about having a 1.5 toe out on the front. Either I no longer understand plain english with little pictures to go along with, or I'm reading it right, in which case I have no idea how that would work. I'm already taking it on faith that a few things I don't quite get must work or everyone wouldn't be doing it, but this one really has me confused...so if anyone has a moment to explain it to me, I'd sure appreciate it.

Hey guys,
Looking forward to my first GLC. I entered in the 1/10th touring car class and I have a few questions.
1.) Setup: Is it safe to baseline my NT1 off of Paul's winning setup from years past? Or has the track changed that significantly with the new surface?
2.) Tires: I have some practice sets, however I am not sure what shore and how many I should buy before hand. Is there a Vendor there just in case?
3.) Also, what body seems to be the most neutral and easy on tires? I have a SRS N "regular weight" and was wondering if I should pick up a second for GLC? Also Lightweight VS regualr weight bodies? I heart mixed reviews on this, I bought regular weight because I hear light weight could break during pit stops?

Thanks for the input!
Mitch K.

It's taking way too long for this race to get here.

Interesting, some I guy from Kansas is coming over to Race Nitro. Should be some good Monkey Screaming.

We have a club races the next two weekends and will have a better idea of what tires work after Aug 5. Traction was good during the first race.

In the past 35 fronts - 40 rears worked well for the Sedans.

Do not plan on any Vendor with tires or parts, but if you need a little something normally other racers will help out. There is a hobby store less than a mile away for some parts.

You leave Ted Hammer in Open I had enough trouble with Ted Rogers in Masters yesterday. Good job Ted R on your win yesterday. I had a great time trading the lead with you several times and close racing for the whole 15 minute main.
