Default shattered a piston rb concept t9

what would have cause this? the engine did not have a lot of run time on it bad connecting rod or something else. should i just replace the connecting rod and piston? or should i replace the sleeve as well ?

You cannot just purchase the piston. You must purchase a piston and sleeve kit.
