Hi,

First service interval ( after 2 cans of fuels @ 5 litre ) :
-- replace conrod only

Second service interval ( after another 2 cans of fuels ) :
-- replace piston/sleeve/conrod/pins/rubber o-rings

Third service interval ( after another 2 cans of fuels ) :
-- replace conrod/bearings

Fourth service interval ( yet after another 2 cans of fuels ) :
-- replace piston/sleeve/conrod/pins/rubber o-rings

Fifth service interval
-- donate it

Turn the engine over with the glow plug installed with your hand. It should be very difficult to turn as the engine reaches TDC. If it turns over very easy the piston and sleeve are worn and need to be replaced. The piston and sleeve can become very worn in a very short time if the motor was run overlean condition for an extended period of time. If your air filter came off while running and dirt got inside that would also destroy a piston and sleeve.
