My Serpent 960 i have just changed the rear shocks, but the rear suspension does not have good travel ( Like when you push down on suspension, the shocks only have slight travel towards the bottom )

any ideas ?

you changed shocks ? did you use the serpent long body and shaft shocks for the rear ? if you used short shocks, this could happen.
