Need advice on RB .21 motors

I'm looking into purchasing one of the following RB 21 motors for my on-road Mugen MRX4R:

- RB Concept Rally 11
- RB Classico 11

take the classico, very good power/price average
have 2 of them and they are only .2 sec. slower than my 9port toplevel engines
