What should i use for 45 mins main?
Is the skyline 1400mah is good enough for 45 mins main?
Or the 800mah lipo battery?
Do you recommend something else?

I've used the skyline pack in numerous 1hour mains with juice left to spare. No problems

Skyline again showed a dominating presence filling up all three podium positions in Sedan class at the O'donnell Championships.

1st PLACE- Jeffrey Lin (VR12 PLUS)
2nd PLACE- Walter Diaz (VR12 PLUS and Skyline V-One RRR OP)
3rd PLACE- Marc Cruz (VR12 PLUS and Skyline V-One RRR OP)

On top of the results, the VR12 PLUS also powered Skyline driver Jeffrey Lin to the TQ position.

Congratulations everyone!

This will give you guys an idea of how the powerband is with the VR12Plus pipe. This testing was done with a well seasoned Orion .12 CRF engine (2 gal or so) and comparing it with Novarossi 2601 pipe w/ short conical manifold (a very popular combination lately)

As you can see the VR12Plus pipe is very close in power character, except it has a bit more power than the 2601 down low and seems to fill in a null spot in the power curve. However the 2601 does seem to rev out a little better on top rpm than the VR12Plus.

Overall this pipe is a very good performing product, and I ran it all weekend at the O'Donnell race at Revelation raceway.

By the way, thanks Ken for the replacement pipe!!!

Please note, that the results will differ slightly when using this pipe on other engines, however, this dyno graph should give you an idea of the general power curve that can be expected when using this pipe.

Thanks for the dyno analysis Brian! The graph seems to confirm what we've all been feeling about the powerband of the pipe. There's not really a flat spot.
