Just want to say thanks to Skyline for providing me with the new VR12 Plus pipe at the Sedan Nationals this past week, the new VR12 Plus pipe was awesome. Ken thanks for all the help this past week and I am looking forward to working with you and Skyline in the future.

Hey everyone,

The Nats was a blast! Skyline RC had a good weekend. We had 3 guys in the A-Main using our VR 12 PLUS pipe in the Sedan class, and the 2nd place finisher in the Open class.

Touring Car
6th- Jeffrey Lin
7th- Marc Cruz
11th- Marco Acosta

Open
2nd- Walter Diaz

On top of that Skyline products were represented by half of the A-Main field.

Mike Swauger
Darin Ishitani
Jeffrey Lin (VR 12 PLUS)
Marc Cruz (VR 12 PLUS)
Marco Acosta (VR 12 PLUS)
Ron Atomic

I personally wanted to thank Ken Li for everything during the weekend. He and Skyline were very hospitable and he turned out to be the popular guy around the pits.
I thank Alex Nevarrete, Lucos Tobing, and Marco Acosta my teamates for the team work. Everyone did an outstanding job and everyone was fast.

Thank you also to Ron Calangi from Team Mugen, great guy.

The pipe seems to work well with variety of engines. I've personally had great results with Sirio STI, OS and JP engines. I think the most improvement can be seen on the OS engine. Run time hasn't been an issue with the pipe and the strength of the pipe has surprised many people including myself. There have been headers failing instead of the pipe which almost never happens. That alone is testomonial to the strength of the pipe.

the pipe is great, very tough, and very strong... i'm still using the first VR12plus i got when it came out... i guess the spare will be sleeping in the box for a long time.

overall power ...
you'll get a lot of bottom and mid. with other pipes with low to mid power, the high is sacrificed. but not with the VR12plus. you'll still get the high rpm.

I agree, it's an overall good pipe. It doesn't stand out anywhere on the RPM range but the power is everywhere.
