Exclamation Which engine is for me????

I have a FT NTC3 with an engine that is ROAR legal. I am looking for a non-ROAR legal motor for unofficial events. I was looking at these two, since they seem to be the right price for me.

the second one doesn't have any specs, but RCCA gave a review on it and it seemed pretty good.

I would personaly grab the Sirio. But I would consider the evo 2 from http://murnanmodified.360k.com/products.html first. Super fast & still legal. This legal engine will stomp all over most standard 5 ports. The price is preety sharp too. I have had an RB modified by Uriah for around 18 months & it is still going strong.

Hey, are those prices US dollars or Australian dollars? if they are USD, i'd grab that sirio. but what do they mean when they say "Muran Modified"? sometimes when distributors say that, they are just lying, fooling you into getting a non modified engine. if i put a non modified sirio next to the muran modified, could i tell the difference? what i am asking is, are these engines really modified?

those murnans seem nice mac but then again who knows how much better the engine is, but for like 50-60 bucks more it isnt much of a loss.

You can be safe that the Murnans are mod engines. The url I posted is his website. Do a search for the Murnan Engine thread & have a read, you will see Barry Baker in there raving about the speed of these babys.

you can also try www.rbmods.net

very fast motors and great customer service. you can have them mod your motor or buy a premodded motor (brand new already modded by rick brake of rbmods)

check their website and read through the testimonials. and when you get yours you won't be disappointed. the rbmods work was also reviewed on the latest issue of RC CAR magazine with nothing but good things to say about them.

you can always contact them if you have any questions via email or you can even call them.

all prices US dollars.
