Default What Glue to use?

Can anyone recommend the best glue for glueing foam tyres onto 1/8th scale rims?

From what I remember, I used to use contact cement. The one from a can with a brush attatched to the underside of the cap.

TRC has foam tire glue. I think that it works better the the contact cement. The TRC glue is black also.
