If you watch the video, the VRC car is on "prototype" tires. Todd Wasson is working on a new tire which will make it even more realistic. You can see in the video that the rear-end wants to "kick" out more under acceleration...

i noticed that in the video.

To me it just seems even with a bottom end power engine there just isnt enough low end punch to give the car enough to step out. also it may just be me but also on the topic of the low end a higher clutch engagement doesnt make the car any more snappy. IMO it kinda of revs at the clutch engagment point too long. Just take a look at the video how the real car launches harder
It IMO just makes it too easy and doesnt really keep me on my feet, when i race the track is on roadrail inside a tennis court so its a tight slowish track. Its very hard to get around with a powerfull engine, but i like the feel which it why it slightly turns me off VRC. Although its definatly one of my fav games

Not really possible to do that at this time. We've tried using Himachi, but the program is very "buggy" and unreliable with more than 2 people at a time. Soon enough they'll have full multiplayer though, which will be great.

Default VRC great all around.

I have been using VRC hear and there for years. I actually took a break from it for over a year, since I kept breaking the adaptors having it hooked into my receiver with the receiver still attached to the car. I bought one of the cheaply made controllers and it has proved to be quited durable. I took a two year break from the real cars, and decided to start going to the track again a week ago. It's amazing how well this program keeps your skills up to par. It also helps a bit with keeping you some what familiar with set ups, in a general sence. Another thing that really impressed me was the fact that even thought I had not used the software for over a year all my purhases were made available to me without any hassle what so ever. No matter where you are in the world staying familiar with this wonderful hobby is just a click away. Can't wait for the new version 4 to come out. From the screen shots that I have seen it looks like its going to provide the ulitimate virtual racing experiance.
