I have 5 AMB and 1 MyLaps transponder. I had three more but sold them over the last three years for $50 each. The line formed quick to get them.

I've seen the scramble each race season to get a transponder for competing on track. They're not cheap but you can stand a better chance of borrowing one for a day if you run an 'servo extension' cord out of your radio box for the 'quickchange' function. Just remember to give it back after the race!!!!

That guy that has '10 and doesn't race' has a chance to make a couple hobby bucks by renting a couple out.

I have three race cars/buggies, so I have three transponders, all RC4 of course.

It sounds simplistic, but really being able to tuck one away on each model is great, in the RX box with a short lead is even better, fit and forget.

I currently own 6 AMB. The most I ever owned at one time was 8 AMB but sold my two orginal ones.

The only I have that many was when AMB-MyLaps was getting ready to release the new smaller one was their was a package deal if you purchased 6 of them. Got them for $65.00 shipped.
