Only change i recommend, "Is a pit wall!!" Your pit man set u right down infront of speeding traffic........2 fastest guys almost took eachother out, like the outside pass on the white car, left side of the track, that was cool...

Hahaha I know! I loved that part! Serpent geometry + nova flash power beyotch! Hahaha! Made the pass from the outside. Priceless.

Ya the track owner has made a lot of improvements since this race, this track is just 4months old.

U right! U pitted 1st no problem, did u take the win? He was just a little faster than u at the end of the straight, n in the infield! He was almost taking that as a straight line! What diff oils u running? Car looked to have a little initial push....

We had 2 a-mains. That video was the first Amain. I won that. The second Amain I was hit from behind due to the car spinning out, my bad. And the calculation for the winner is a combo of number of laps. So that's how I lost it. Hehe. Could have won it all if one main only because I was TQ and won the first main. Gotta be consistent to win. The consistent 3rd placer won the race. That's how the cookie crumbled folks.

Ya I'm using 300k front and. 60k rear diff oil and red springs front and rear orange with 1000 shock oil.38front tire and 35rear.

Wow! Depending on number of holes in piston n also size of hole that seems a bit stiff for shock oil!! Also here we always run softer front tire! That's def one of the sources of the push i saw! But hey if your TQ'n n winning races fuck it! Try Same setup 35f/37r maybe 600 in the shocks one hole up from bottom on rear lower arm rollcenters see how that works, car should have more initial steering.........is the track really loose??

will try all that tomorrow. yes track is loose on the sweepers, had to widen my rear wheelbase to stabilize the car more.ya will do 35front. I use 4 holes on all shocks. 1000exceed CST is 747 default setup.I tried putting front upper arm more forward and it seemed to add more initial steering.although I want more loose steering to keep the driving easier to balance to prevent spinning out, will try the 35shore front.yes I think 600cst should lessen the spinout in the sweepers right? wil try first orange springs in the front then if it still twitches, will try 600cst.currently,this is why I don't gun it in the sweepers.a lot of work just to change shock oils hahaha springs are easier.

Default steering servo ????

Fellas quick question, has anyone did back to back testing with a low profile steering servo vs a standard size? I have the Ko response and the one 10! On my cap i ran the response on the steering cause i was told the car handled better with a standard size steering servo! Is that true for 747 or opposite??

Talking Serpent 747 I've been under a rock for too long.

Well, I decided this morning to venture over to the on-road side of this forum. I haven't been here in a good while. I see the new Serpent 747 and I saw the pics in the beginning. Holy modernizations batman.

I still have a Serpent 710 which when I ran 6 or 7 years ago, was an awesome
car. I do remember blowing up the clutch several time and could not get
the clutch to stay together. (Even had team drivers try to figure that one out)

Anyway. Can someone explain what the two adjustment are on the top plate in the front of the car are???
--------------------------

Scratch that last question. I saw the video. Thanks
Thanks
