the hangar / storage area is premium at the moment. will have to organise my stable better.
the 2 S411 , the 2 811TE, the 2 966 cars all have to be cleaned and put on their shelf, to await the 747 for its landing.

Measrurements with?
Is that with a life batt or nimh. And what capacity??
I use a 700mah life wich weighs 40 gramms. a standaard nimh batt 6 volt is about 130 gramm
So take the above cars and the third the MT5 the weight will be 1600 i suppose

Interesting statement.....

Indeed there are differences in used battery, tires/rims, engine, body and even the amount of paint. I have seen already 70 gram of weight difference with my 1/8 only using a lightweight body, wheels and a lighter engine. All parts which are not included in the kit.

On the other hand I can imagine they also determ an avarage weight for these non included parts as a correction with just messuring the car out of the kit.

its the same as the 733 ratio. but the SL6 box drops a tooth in range of the spurs.

Default S747 wins in first outing!

News from the K.O. Propo Gran Prix,..... The new S747 was great from the start and even though we only got one practice run before qualifying, i was able to qualify 2nd, just one tenth of a second from TQ. In the final the car was great and i took the win, and Paolo Morganti took 3rd also with the S747. I will get a setup posted at serpent.com as soon as possible

Well done mate.

Can you tell me what battery you run? It looks like there is very little room between the tank and the belts. Curious to see what you used to fit.

If only it were that simple.

I have a 1100mAh battery at 33mm wide and hard up against the tank on one side and rubbing on the belt on the other. Need to have something narrower. Even 30mm will probably rub. I know there are a few that are 27 - 29mm. Just wondering what the team guys are using.

The measurements for the xceed lipo look like they will fit (28mm wide) so I will probably just get a couple of these.
