No, If you want to run a foam bumper I would run the plastic top bumper not the carbon. I would also get the wide front foam bumper rather than the stock. Look at the manual for the 733 it will Illustrate what parts are needed.

Pass you soon...
Thanks, got the idea now

With the impulse the stock belts dudn't hold up as the engines got better.
The new cars have better belts and for example the rear is a lit wider than the impulse.

So the 1/8 belts do not fit, nor are they needed.

Seriously, is this the biggest design flaw or am I just not getting it? Not many here complain about that obviously. How do you guys possibly put your life battery? I initially started using NiMh. It's a bit bigger than LiFe as you know. I didnt like the narrow clearance between the battery and side belt and I got LiFe upon everybody's recommendation. When I put that in with wires laterally, the wires still rub the belt. So I put that medially and now I would have to unscrew the two bolts that hold the battery holder everytime I need to charge it because of the short balance plug. The bolts go into plastic pieces and I'm afraid that as I screw and unscrew those bolts back and forth, eventually the holes on those plastic pieces become loose. I would appreciate your advice. Thanks,

Funny, I just received my protek life battery and installed it yesterday. I'll admit, it was tricky, but I made it work. I think the trick is to position the battery with the cables to the rear and closer to the fuel tank. From there with the radio tray out, make sure the battery is aligned (closely) along the side of the fuel tank. And lastly, I used strong double-sided tape to secure the battery in position. It worked for me. Only thing with that set up, you have to remove the fuel tank to connect the balancing plug (from the bottom) to the charger.

PM me your email and I'll send you pics of how I did it

I'll PM you my email. I managed to put that in too. It's just that it doesn't make sense that I would have to unscrew the bolts that go into plastics. I can't wait to see yours. Thanks.
