When you print the attachment on A4 paper it should be the correct size, let me know if it isn't.
Not sure i have any A4 paper. Here in the states we use letter size which is 216mmx279mm. I believe A4 is 210x297

It helps a lot when I grease the trust bearing and to tighten the screw.

A 5.8 flat head screwdriver works great.

New screws only come with a new diff case. I believe the best phillips screwdriver to use on these screws is a 4.0 phillips. Anything smaller will strip the head of the screw. I have one screwdriver in my toolbox that fits these screws perfectly but it is not an RC tool so I'm not sure of the size.
Another thing you should check; is make sure these same screws pass thru the rear pulley holes with ease. I've found that the holes in the rear pulley are slightly under sized which can give you false sense of how tight the diff halves actually are. I drilled out the holes to be slightly bigger. Be careful there is not much room for error.
