Smile Needed help!!!!

Here is my problem, I tried to unscrew the head hex screw on the engine mount on bottom of the chassi, but I accidentally striped the head of its screws and now it's going round and round like circle. Anyone, know how or anyway to unscrew it? Any though or help would much appreciated, thanks. The screws kinda tight...

Dremel a slot in the head so that you can use a thick flat head screw driver. Make sure you dremel the head of the screw as deep as possible without taken the head off.

It is a countersink screw. I would drill the head off. If it is an M4 screw use a 4.5 or 5mm drill, dril in the middle of the screw until the head comes off. Probably you can unsrew the rest of the screw with your fingers or else when you have taken out the mount use the dremel to make a slot as DJ mentioned.
