HPI RTR3 EVO+ problems?

-Sorry if this is the wrong section! -

Hey guys, i recently brought a hpi rtr drifer

Now i ran it in and all was good, tuned it out after the run in and it hammers!
Absoloutley flys.

Last night me and my mate were driving it,
Then just as we were about to leave i was drifting in
And it stalled. I couldnt start it there so i took it home.
(i had no compression)
I cleaned it and saw that the exhaust was loose
So i re fitted that and i figured i was on my way.

I had compression again.
So i tried starting it. After a few pulls it lost compression

I took it inside. Thought.. Maybe i put a hole in the piston
So i took the heat sink off.
No hole!!
And if i pulled the cord the piston would move sometimes. And not others?

I put the head back on. And checked the carby. No blockages. Put it back on and i had compression, at this stage i got pissed off and left it.

Im not sure whatelse to do!? Could the motor be siezed? :(

Sorry about the essay i wanted to give u detail!

Please help. Cherrs
Jonno

Sounds like the one-way bearing is failing. Pull the pull-starter off and take the bearing out and clean it with motor spray. Reinstall the bearing and pull starter to see if it works, if not then you'll need to replace it.
