You should get the latest which is 900mah if you're going digital. I've heard the digital servos drain the small batts easily. You don't want to lose your servos during the main.

How long does 900mah last with 2 digital servos? I was thinking about having a pack made.

I'm using the aluminum body posts. I've survived lots of crashses with minimal damage with it.

Good luck. 900 mah aren't strong enough for two digital servos. Maybe use only one for steering. I've seen some 1000mah around the net. You may want to froogle it.

I've been using the Mugen 750 NiMh pack with 2 digital servos in my MTX3, and you'd better charge the pack before the main. I usually charge the pack at the beginning of the day and then again, before the mains.

then again, I've run it without charging it from week to week, after running a main. I think it'll run (the charge will last) about an hour, if its a fresh new pack.

The way I do it is I have two packs. I will use one pack on practice and 1 qualifier. Switch the other for the next two qualifiers while the first one is being recharged. Finally, use the first one for the main.

I usually run 2 qualifiers then recharge and recharge before the main with my 710. I have 2 digital servos in that and I have not had any problems so far. But I have not finished a 30 min. main yet. My club races only have 15 min. mains.
