Exclamation Brand new Top - PT421P for $400?!?!

Top - PT421P for $400?!?! This deal sounds to good to be true. I would think that this engine would go for a lot more than this. From my understanding, i thought this was a top of the line Novarossi engine. I need feedback on whether or not i should act on this deal, and if this is a really good engine for my MRX-3.

From Nitro house..........

http://www.nitrohouse.com/eng,_nova_rossi.htm

It is running for $519.00.........Nitro house has good price on engines, even some other places might be cheaper, it would be like $20-40 cheaper +/-..........

If you see someone is selling for only $400..........just be carefull.
I just don't see top of the line on-road engine like this one will be $100 plus cheaper for no reason....unless this engine is discontinued or lemon or something, for 421P 8 ports, I don't think so.....

For sure, 421P is one of the most popular 8th scale engine, if you can confirm this engine is new and not used, or not missing something, and for $400.....go get it (but again, it sounds a little TOO CHEAP...and too good to be true - like you said.)

421P is not a real popular engine because of the AAC sleeve. They stopped production initially because sleeves were cracking.

I'd stick with a 321P and it's ABC sleeve.

OK...but I've been hearing ppl using that engines........may be there were all talking about the PROBLEM of that engine instead of the good thing about the engine.....

I definitely want an engine that will last longer. So does that mean I should get one with an ABC sleeve and piston? If so what other engines are equivalent to the 321p but not as pricey?

What about the Max Power .21 Onroad 7 Port ABC?

So it's the same base motor as a R1WC? A seven port, kind of like a KHM Evo 5 then? I wonder if its any better than my KHM EVO5? Any pics of your NovaMax-internals that is?

I'm currently running a 321P Tuned, and have the KHM EVO5 for backup. That KHM is no slouch either, lots of top end. I'm thinking off adding ceramic bearings to the 321P. Hmmmmm, what to do, what to do?
