I dont think you need to modify anything with this car.

some titanium parts are available from hardcore racing @ http://www.racinghardcore.com/asc-ntc3.htm
dunno if you'd call these hopups or improvements, but cause they are not made by associated an "out of the box" ntc3 wont have these parts..

also theres "the fix" more info @ http://cgi.ebay.com/ws/eBayISAPI.dll...909653723&rd=1
last time i checked the bidding on this item has closed, but this thing is an absolute must for the front at least

When you see anything from "GPM", just stay away from it...

Beside, FT NTC3 does not need any mod....

The only mod I think you need to the basic car is "The Fix", that is the only thing I added to a stock car with great success. Of course you need a selection of springs and oil, and perhaps a standard diff and a one-way.

like i said if you want your friont diff to be less prone to screw up I strongly suggest for the second time the fix

P.S. my ntc3 had the fix fitted after I screwed 3 front diffs whilst racing, since fitting I havnt stuffed one it does work

(ntc3 rtr plus)

One hop-up to consider if youre racing is a side chassis brace. This will help protect your fuel tank from being shattered should you receive some sort of side impact (I learnt this lesson the hard way after a side impact pushed the pipe into the fuel tank and shattered it).
3-Racing make a carbon side-chassis brace (part # NTC 3012)
Cheers

Theres a few nice hop-ups that can enhance the FT NTC3......I use the K-Factory front input shaft cup, and the k-factory barke drive cup.
I`ve found the original plastic front input shaft cup isnt too durable, the plastic is rotating at extremely high revs and after having this item shatter during a race and another during a practice session, replaced it with the aluminium one made by K-factory....so far so good with this one.
Cheers
