what type of engine?
What temp is it running at?
Clean air filter?
what car/clutch?
some questions that might help.

Have you checked if the plug you're using is still good? I had that happen once or twice and after a change of plug, the problem went away.

Dude, you are overheating your motor! Try to keep the temperature in the 110C range.

what % nitro are you using? what % oil. could be the oil in your fuel. cut the drivers side window out of your body, give it more air to breathe...

I am using blue thunder 10%. Don know whether it is due to the fuel I am using right now.

Check and make sure you have no leaks in the fuel/pressure line.

I think you better check the glow plug type that u're using, and retune your engine, it just needs a little tuning it sounds like lean. also check for air leak especially in the primer. better to remove it...

I have a friend who`s also running a GS15 and its regularly above the 300 deg f mark.........even when running super-rich and no body on the car its on the 300 deg mark......must just be inherent to this engine.
Having said that though, his engine is super- reliable......I`ve never seen it flame-out and starts very consistently.

Could you just replace the heatsink with bigger ones ?

With stock engine, I don't think so much about overheating.... infact I might do some crazy experiments to get the most power. Maybe over 30% nitro, drilling the carburator inlet to make it bigger diameter, widening the sleeve's ports.

Definetely you need bigger heatsink to make it last.
