The information about the 4Aces is incorrect. We are alive and well and racing just as always. We will be running the Mugen race at Crystal Park for Mugen.

Default Qualifying

Rich,

Just wondering what the two-day qualifying if for if the race is going to be 6 hours long? Will 1 driver be qualifying for the whole team, and how long is the heat going to be?

Rich
something to consider, cincinatti ran a 6 hour race a few years back. The format was two cars and four members. The reason for the two cars was that in the event one was broke the other car was run. It was a good thing that they ran two cars because every team broke each car several times in 6 hours. Had they not run two the race would have been real boring as half the teams would have been off the track for extended periods fixing the single car. When it was over 550 laps later the cars were toast.
I know I raced it. sedans weren't quite as durable then though.

Using that format the race was really equal only 2 teams or so did not finish and most teams ran over 500

Dennis,

We're going to need motors for the Mugen Race. I've talked to David about it, and RD is going to have a Team for the race

Rich,

Are you using your own timing and scoring equiptment for this
event? It would be nice if that is the case.
