Default I need help with HB 12 engine,

I replaced the HPI motor on my RS4 3 with the HB 12 engine...it starts up fine but acts weird...heres what it does:

throttle is really rough/very sluggish responce unless I lean it out......
but when its leaned out...it wont sit still....kinda like the idol is set high.......
My throttle control is at the half mark....
My low speed needle is set to not go below 1mm and isnt higher than 1mm when at neutral.......
How do I slow down the idol with out richen it out?
I m not sure what temp its at cause I am scared to let it run. Its kinda high in the idol area.....Any tips? Help?

back out the idle screw till the idle slows down. when you apply the brakes does it stall? if it does you need to adjust the linkages so it does not. never set your radio trims to adjust the idle- use the idle screw.

- loosen the throttle linkages
- set the throttle trim to center on the radio
- secure the linkages so that the return spring is putting pressure on the throttle arm to close.
- apply the brakes and make sure the throttle does not close.

Default OK cool

OK that worked(shortening the throttle arm). And it is running right temp and sounds great...BUT its seem from dead stop sometimes its spuddering when I give it gas....Kinda like its getting air buddle in the gas......But I have checked the lines nd they look good. Maybe not enough gas? Or vise versa....getting to much much at once...cause its good and responsive from mid throttle to full throttle.
