Default NEW NITRO REX CR-12 BREAK-IN HELP!!

OKAY GUYS I HAVNT BEEN IN THE HOBBY IN A WHILE...DECIDED TO BUY A NEW CR-12 REX I GOT FOR A BARGAIN ON EBAY..I INSTALLED IT INTO MY RS4 AND CANT GET THE MOTOR TO RUN..WHAT ARE THE BREAK IN SETTINGS FOR THIS MOTOR....MID LOW HIGH AND IDLE SETTINGs? ALL THE SCREWS WERE MESSED WITH SO I DUNT NO WAT ITS AT ANY HELP WUD BE GREAT THANKS!!!

IT ONLY TURNS ON IF I PUT FUEL DIRECTLY INTO THE CARB AND WHEN IT TURNS ON IT DOESNT APPEAR TO BE SUCKING ANY FUEL..

It is a Novarossi based engine so it uses Novarossi settings.

Most of the times the top of the needles are set flush (equal) with the housing. From what I know it is wise to turn in the LSN one full turn.
