Serpent Impulse with a few good hop-ups.

The big brass screw opposite the rubber bellows is the spray bar, sometimes called a midrange screw. It is generally best not to adjust it. Just set it flush and leave it alone.

well got it started 2day ran for about half a tank good stream of smoke not boging or revving to high ran smooth though the speed then it cut out and took 30/40 min to start again then ran for the same amount of time and done the same what do yous think could be the problem

the way i have the screws is
HSN 1mm under flush
LSN 1mm over flush
mid range flush (as advised)

im useing 20% nitro
and a num 8 standard plug

Check the Novarossi website for some advice on factory settings...

http://www.novarossi.it/eng/support/faq/

They are recommending 5 turns from closed on the high speed needle, and 2.5 turns from closed on the low speed needle as a good starting point. If the engine stops running after a few minutes, it's probably running a bit lean, causing the engine to overheat and shut down.
