I Would like to know if somebody knows if there is any tracks of Off-Road or On-Road in the area or near Thanks.

I wish I had better news for you, but there isnt much around here. Check : www.rcsouthest.com. There are a couple of off-road tracks, one in Moncks corner and one in North Charleston, but no on-road.
