What Steering angle 1/8 and 1/10 ????
 

Hey guys its been quite a while since i wanted to ask you this question.

What's the average steering angle you guys set your cars for 1/8 and 1/10 and how do you set it?

Thats what i thought but i beleive that i read somewhere that if a certain angle is acceded the steering will only get worse.

Never heard of that. I just make sure I do not drive my steering into the mechanical limits. You should tune your steering for the track. I make sure I can make all of the turns on the track as fast as possible.

On higher speeds it is possible when going over a certain angle the frontwheels will loose grip and the car will loose steer. On lower speeds that effect is gone. That is why you want to set the most possible steering angle and you have to find the sweet point of stering in every corner with the setup and your control.
