Carbon main chassis on nitro

Hey guys im planning to upgrade my NTC3 chassis to a CF Main chassis from holeshot racing. I was wondering what the pro's and cons are?

Will it effect the cooling of the engine much? Hopefully you can help me out.

yes it will, the carbon will not draw heat from the engine and you will have tuning issues. Been there done that on an Impact M2. For 5 minutes its fine, 10 its all over! The carbon will absorb the initial heat but it cant get rid of it, my experience was it was as bad or worse than titanium.

Now if your post reveals that you are dragracing you could get away with it just fine because the engine does not run that long.

bloody electric driver! stick to your 415!

plus a nitro car at 75km'h and a carbon chassis would snap on impact very easily
