I use radio shack desoldering braid. It is copper braid used to absorb solder. Fully saturate it with solder and use this as a small battery bar.

Man, that seems pretty quick. I can't wait to break in mine. I have the Richey engine though.

My Lhs before i moved had mini-batt bars. Similar to the ones use on 1/18th scale battery backs.

I just used standard wire to build my battery pack. I am going to have to try the desoldering braid - looks cool.

Check out my G4

I just got and did a break-in of a OS TZ 3 port. It has lots of power, maybe not as powerful as a modified Nova or JP, but for $200 cannot beat it for the price.

BTW, I have a G4 Evo for sale (my backup car) - check it out.

Those are GPM racing hubs. I got them from www.rcmart.com/catalog/.

I am not sure about the weight. I do not worry about it, it is built like a tank. I have only broken once this year, somebody hit in the back and busted my rear bulkhead/bumper.

Did you notice the rear diff? It is the Kawaraha negative diff for the RR. It does not fit out of the box, but that is why they created the dremel.

Yes, the car is heavier, but it drives great. To offset the weight I clean the bearings regularly and add just light bearing oil.

Okay, I got curious on how heavy so I bought a digital scale. To my surprise it was 1756g with empty tank and 1818 grams with full tank (without body).

It also has the 4mm chassis with titanium pillow balls.

Default Up Stops

Could someone give me there upstop setting, and why? I have never had a chassis with this. I understand the down stop (droop) adjustment but I am not seeing what the upstop would change. Thanks.

Just added a few goodies on mine. 3racing front graphite upper deck, k-factory graphite front shock tower and 3Racing rear shock tower with aluminum stiffener.

Can't wait to try it out tomorrow -- i just hope it doesn't rain.
