You guys are not the first though. In the 80's there was a french car called Mangusta. It implied the same.

Hope you guys do well for yourselves.

Just so everybody knows: I'm not affiliated in any way, shape or form with RDLogics and am not speaking for them. I'm just a big supporter of the car and am pumped to see RDLogics getting involved with what I believe is one of the top notch competition cars available.

Obviously Serpent isn't going to be intimidated by this, nor is anyone else, but I think the Mongoose vs. Snake thing will only help both companies. Besides, competition is what fuels innovation. Witness Kyosho's latest effort. As long as people keep this thing in the right perspective, it's going to be good for everybody. At least I hope so.

It is interesting to know, though, that the Mongoose BMX started in Southern California, which is where McEwen and NHRA were from.
Wow, where'd you find that photo? I was a big fan of the "Mongoose vs. Snake" (McEwen vs. Prudhomme) rivalry when I was a kid. I even had the Hot Wheels!

Ah I'm jealous! Mom pulled a fast one on me when I was in college, and gave them away.

Absolutly.
I have nothing but respect for serpent. I have many friends that work or drive for them. They are literally the force that has driven the rc car market from obscurity.

HPI is the other.
