I heard a rumor or it could be fact and I just missed it, that Ralph Burch is going to driving the Mongoose G4 this year... If this is true, what a great addition to the RD Logics racing team...
Now if I'm wrong about the info and rumor... Sorry Guys...

One rumor has it that XRAY will be producing a nitro touring car.
But I have not heard that one

Ok guys I have a question. My friend Paul just sent me the car he made the gas nats main with. He is offering me a GREAT deal on it. I have one concern maybe someone can help with. The receiver looks very exposed. Does anyone have an idea on how to shelter it a little. This car was a Team Magic car. I don't know if RD has come up with a better receiver mount or not. Of course when I asked Paul he reminded me that receiver problems were what ended his A main. I am probably going to buy the car either way, but this may decide if I keep it or just part out the thing.

Leo V/Dennis or anyone have any ideas?

The rear ball diff is not really that light, it probably weighs about the same as the gear diff. It allows quick adjustment for changing track conditions mostly. You don't have to take the diff apart and change fluid. I personally use it and like it alot. I use the ball diff with a front 1-way when the track is flowing and has high bite and you do not need much brake. I use the ball diff and a front gear diff on small tight tracks that require more brake. The solid front axle is used when you need tons of brake but the track is not too tight because the solid front will induce a monster push off throttle on turn in. Thats my experience.

Thanx for the information ybslow,it really helps a lot for me.
So do u guys think is that using the ball diff is better and easy instead of gear diff?
I guess ill just go ahead and buy it for me to feel the difference of two.

I like it better just because it is easy to adjust. I believe Leo is using it as well but I am not positive about that. I know Dennis and the the guys at Florida did not use it, so it probably boils down to personal preference.

Here are some sample fonts I think look good, sorry for the bad quality, I had to scan it in and reduce it so it would load up.

Thanks brad.
And I just talked to leo earlier and he's not running a ball diff and he haven't tried it yet but he told me that it could be better and only oneway to find out is try it out.
Thanks.
