Question, for the ROAR membership, what is required apart from the fees? Or do we just get the membership at the track by paying up?

Thanks.

you have to be a ROAR member to race. It is a ROAR sanctioned level 3 event.

You can either be a member, or purchase an event membership, which costs $15

Is there table space provided for the racers travelling to the US? I saw there was a fee on the form for table/tent space......does this mean we will be given a table?

There will be a very large tent set up, there will be tables provided, all lined up in rows, against each other.

Chairs will be provided.

I was only pulling Mark's leg.

Like Mark, we plan to come and race. Another question ... since its far ahead, if for some reason I cannot make it, how much notice to you need for cancellation?

Also, will you refund money already paid provided I give enough notice?

Thanks.

I beleive race entries are non-refundable or transferrable. i'm 80% sure it says so on the race entry form.
