That I can't answer as I have never used that engine. But I believe it should have good performance. I use Novarossi with very good performance.

i dont think murnan mods os motors could be wrong

...neither Serpent chassis... you need to be a super good driver if 966 or Murnan OS limits you. Both units are more than competitive.
