Default kyosho gt2 w/sirio help

just purchased one, raced carpet 1/10 long time ago so getting back into and first nitro so ill be on here quite abit. first couple questions anybody that races at leisure hours would probly answer the best but ill take any and all advice. what diff oils should i start out with,and shock help would be appreciated as far as lube and pistons.id like to get a good starting point.

It depends on how you want it to handle:
A thick oil in the rear (100,000+ for example) will be like a drift car - the rear will kick out pretty easily.
I would put 40-50 weight oil in the shocks. Just my opinion.

i was told 100,000 front 10,000 in the rear does that sound about right,just need a ballpark. thanx

Ran there last Sept at Leisure Hours with 50K & 10K in my IGT2, thought it was a little stiff, would try 30K & 10K if/when I run there again.

im running 10,000 front and 7,000 rear. i like it

thanks,ill stick with the 10,000 in the rear and lower the front atleast its something should start with.
