Default Just Bought Kyosho Gt2/sirio kit What reciever battery will fit

Hi all can't wait to build kit but ill take any advice on possible upgrades that are needed right away and anything else that I might need to know

Ditch the brass shock pistons and get the buggy ones.
Get shim kits for the diffs, ring gear and axles.
Crank down and thread lock the servo saver spring. It's way to soft.
SWAY BARS!!! are definitely needed.

Ya I built diffs (came with shims.which where needed)mounted them in chassis and looked in bags for 20 mins for sway bars. None. Finally figured that there a aftermarket part
Tell you what after building a durango dex410/desc 4x4/dnx408 all recently I can honestly say the diffs on this kyosho when together like butter all 3 dingos had to get some file/deburr love nothin terrible but not nearly as smooth as the kyosho

Anyone find a move active site with info with setups/info on the gt2?

Don, if you're gonna be running at Leisure Hours, you have plenty of real experenced GT racers there to help get you up to speed very fast!

Ya jspeed thanks for lettin me know about lotta peps/help at leisure hrs...I'm just going to build kit with stock setup and go from there
