Serpent diffs are a direct fit ?, or mods required ?

Don't get me wrong. I do not run a shepherd car. I have no clue if a serpent diff will fit in a shepherd 1/10 sedan. I would think not; because of the unique brake system on the V10/V11. The point I was trying to make is that with serpent diffs "in a serpent car" if you I overfill the diffs they will leak.
Sorry for the confusion.

Pass you soon...

Also after you build the diff you can place a thin line of CA on the outside of the housing right on the portion of the seal that you can see. Also always replace the seal each time you do a rebuild.

It is funny you brought this up as I just replaced my diff housing last night.
I had some 2.6x8mm screws and decided to use them. For sure my diffs have deformed as the car was used only a couple of times when it was first released and it's been a shelf queen ever since.

Default Team Shepherd America

There has been alot of rumors in regards to Team Shepherd America and Team-Shepherd Germany splitting. The rumors have ranged from Team Shepherd deciding not to work with us and back. We are posting to clear this it was Team Shepherd America's decision to make this change. Team Shepherd America has decided that it would not be in the best interest of both parties involved to continue the relationship with Shepherd Germany. It was a decision that we at Shepherd America did not take lightly to come to this decision to discontinue. But there was no solution. Team Shepherd America discontinued relations yesterday. Team Shepherd has been very good in regard's to this as they are working with a new party at this time. We at or in no way are splitting up in a bad way. Just differences were not able to be resolved to our liking. Shepherd has a very good chassis and also very good design. We do not want people to be concerned about the parts supply as it will be seamless with this. We wish all the Shepherd Drivers the best of luck as well as Shepherd Micro Racing Germany the best.

We apologize for any concerns that have came as well as worry. Please do not be concerned you will be supported.
